One of my favorite things to do is to eat :) No wonder as this is perhaps the case with most people and especially those who exercise hard. On my recipe page I will show you how to make some of my favorite food. In addition to that, I will have detailed information on nutrient content and on other food factors that should matter to you. Such factors as Glycemic Load and Inflammation Factor.
